Terms governing orders for selbrin™ garden and home décor merchandise.

Store Operator & Eligibility

selbrin™ is operated by Shenzhen Yuehang Technology Co., Ltd. Customers must have the legal capacity to place an order or appropriate authorization under laws applicable to them.

Product Listings

We aim to describe our planters, vases, lanterns, candle holders and botanical home accents accurately. Review individual dimensions, materials, decorative finishes, included components and care instructions. Photography and display settings may cause minor appearance variations.

Intended Use & Safety

Not every garden-themed item is suitable for outdoor use, not every planter includes drainage and not every lantern is approved for live flames. Follow each product’s stated intended use and warnings.

Prices, Currency & Checkout

Store prices currently display in USD. Shipping costs, applicable taxes, discounts and the final total are shown at checkout. Changes to advertised prices generally do not alter accepted orders except as permitted by law.

Order Acceptance & Availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance may be subject to payment verification, inventory and delivery restrictions. We may cancel where reasonably necessary due to unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud or material listing errors. If an order we cancel has been paid, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Payment

Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. You must be authorized to use your chosen payment method; providers may require additional authentication.

Processing & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy sets out current processing periods, charges and estimated transit times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Available destinations and actual shipping charges appear at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Contact Customer Care first for the correct return destination and instructions. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Changes, Cancellations & Errors

Contact us promptly if you need an order change or cancellation; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts. We will address material errors affecting accepted orders as appropriate under applicable law.

Shopify and payment, logistics, fulfillment or other partners may support our store. Independent provider terms may apply where presented to customers.

Liability & Consumer Rights

Any contractual limitations operate only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing excludes consumer guarantees, liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
